What we collect
- What you send through the contact form: your name, work email, company if you give it, and your message.
- What you send us by email: your address and whatever you write.
- Your IP address, which our hosting provider uses to deliver the site and detect abuse.

Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to you and to discuss whether we can work together. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and (b)). We do not sell your data or add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it

Google processes this data on our behalf and may do so outside the European Union, including in the United States. Google states that it complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries in our spreadsheet: 12 months, then they are deleted automatically.
- Email: for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or any work that follows.
- IP addresses: Firebase Hosting keeps them for a few months.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry and our correspondence with you at any time.
